The young man in the hot rod car driving like he's mad
With a pair of yellow gloves he's borrowed from his dad

Putting On The Style, an old US song, the best known version in UK was recorded by Lonnie Donegan. There's also a very poor quality pirate recording by John Lennon's Quarrymen knocking about among Beatles collectors.

Stab in the dark, to be honest. Anyway, thanks.

Harriet the long-lived tortoise had two famous owners: one at the start of her life, one at the end. Both of them, renowned in the science-and-nature field. Please name one (will count as answer); or better still, both.

Rivalling the last Q and A for quickness -- right on ! Last owner Steve I. -- first, indeed Mr. Darwin -- creature reckoned indeed aged 180 or so, at her decease.

Please proceed with due unhurried decorum, to set the next one.

I knew he had a highest test score of 99 and that he was a good batter with 3000+ runs so he was a decent attempt, fortunately for me it turned out to be the correct answer.

If Spencer Gore is the first then who is the latest?
