The answer is a specific occurrence that your answer is partly giving an example of and I am mindful to award you the accolade

A Parhelic Circle is recognised as white circular bands in the sky at the same level as the Moon and the Sun.

Over now to you.
Thank you.

Next question:

What happened to S. S. Cars Limited in 1945?

Thank you; here's some more questions about James Bond characters:

Who is responsible for this exchange with 007?
"I've always tried to teach you two things: First, never let them see you bleed."
Bond: "And the second?"
"Always have an escape plan."

Who did 007 say this to?
“That’s a Smith & Wesson and you’ve had your six.”

What was 007 referring to when he said this?
"I think he got the point."

His enemy was impaled on a spike.
It was a harpoon, actually - see below.
Was the number three question something from the film "Thunderball"?
Yes, it was.
That has stirred something in my memory. I think it is when Philip Locke (Vargas, I think) gets a surprise from a harpoon after playing peeping tom.
You have the full answer - well done.

I'm awarding the prize to Gloster, who can now don the tuxedo and order a suitable drink!
