Actually he was, and he did once take 10 wickets in an innings, but that's not what he is perhaps best known for.

Whoever he is, he has a name to remember. I remember a Moroccan-born player called Lopez Ufarte who played professional football for Real Sociedad in Spain and was in the Spanish World Cup team squad at one period.

The only item with the name of Ningi that I know is a small town in Queensland, Australia, so hazarding a guess if the location is correct, the crocodiles who inhabit the creeks there could prove a detriment to enlarging the settlement.
