Indeed -- not unlike @Gloster's Louis XIV, who became king aged something like 4: things were managed on behalf of the African, and the European, monarchs, by regents; until said monarchs reached an age to have some idea of what they were doing (nobody said that this stuff had to make a lot of senseEr no....
