Having a, shall we say, capacious mouth (all the better to play his trumpet with) -- nickname a contraction of "Satchel-Mouth".

You've basically, got it -- that's the country -- now called Eswatini, but not in our chap's reign. Can you maybe give his name, and length (and dates?) of his reign? -- by me, you're the successful answerer, "whatever".

The only extra thing I can add is that he became king at a very early age (less than a year old?)

Indeed -- not unlike @Gloster's Louis XIV, who became king aged something like 4: things were managed on behalf of the African, and the European, monarchs, by regents; until said monarchs reached an age to have some idea of what they were doing (nobody said that this stuff had to make a lot of sense :E). Our Swazi gentleman was King Sobhuza II (1899; indeed succeeded to his father when only a few months old) -- 1982); whose reign was thus for 82 years.

@Peterthegreat: your floor -- may your overlordship therefrom, last for at least eighty-two years...
