No problem. I was getting confused myself over Rhenium and Rhodium and wondered whether they were both derived from the Rhine.

Is Rhodium not derived from the River Rhône? (Rodensis in Latin I believe....but open to correction, as always!)

No, Rhodium's name is seemingly derived from the Greek word 'Rhodon' (rose-coloured) as one of its chloride compounds has a distinctive dark rose-red colour.

No, not that one, although it was discovered at around the same time in the early 19th century. Good guess though!
