First one is near enough, 14 days in either direction.
Others are quite wrong. Clue: stokers were more numerous than potato-peelers, there were 16 fireboxes to deal with.

Not much nearer: the three missing answers are all different numbers %). Turning a ship round took much longer back then.
The Vollmatrose (Able Seaman) did not mention animals but on one trip a baby was born so the number of passengers had to be adjusted.

Clue: the timetable looks like a cube with four equal sides. 40 stokers is the right order of magnitude but too high. They caught and ate a pigfish on another voyage. Are there too many permutations? I thought four part-questions was not so much.

These are the closest answers. 14 days sailing each way, 14 days in port at either end.
30 stokers and 4 potato-peelers. I think the last had to peel carrots, chop onions etc as well.
