I remember watching one of the Sky tributes to him - didn't he do something like go an play a county match straight after the end of the test? Not sure how remarkable that would be in the annals of cricket though.

It's to do with wickets in a sense. Bob Willis was the first person in Test Match history to achieve this feat, so no record was actually surpassed.

Willis didn't get someone out with his first ball in Pakistan's first innings. But he did get someone (Mohsin Khan) out first ball in Pakistan's second innings. What happened next?

No he didn't - in fact Willis didn't take a wicket at all with his second ball. Besides which, I think that particular feat (a staggered hat-trick) had already been achieved several times.

Not quite - but as you mentioned "golden duck", I think you're near enough to take the catch! What actually happened in that particular match was as follows:- The two opening batsmen in Pakistan’s second innings were Mohsin Khan and Mudassar Nazar. First ball of the innings, Willis dismisses Khan (caught behind by Bob Taylor). New batsman Mansoor Akhtar comes to the crease. Dot ball, dot ball. With Willis’ fourth ball, Akhtar scores a single and the batsmen cross. Nazar now faces his first ball from Willis and is caught in the slips by Botham. Bob Willis has just dismissed both openers (Khan and Nazar) for golden ducks in the same over!!! This remarkable feat was not repeated until Dale Cleyn (New Zealand) dismissed Latham and Guptill (South Africa) in a similar fashion at Centurion in 2016.
