So, yes, Cesar Azpilicueta and Rodney Trotter are both known as Dave, despite not being called David. Azpi because his name was apparently too difficult for English people to say / understand; and Rodney Trotter because, well, Trigger was daft.

The equator passes through 13 countries (all recognised by the UN as sovereign states, just to clear that up from the start). 11 of these countries have the line pass through land mass (and in some cases territorial waters too). However, only 2 of the countries have the equator not touch land at all but pass only through its territorial waters. Name those two countries, please.
