Clue time as requested to find the actors who portrayed these detectives :

1/ Barnaby Jones - This actor played the father in a hit 60's series in the states.

2/ Dan Tanna - The show's one word title was a US city.

6/ Baretta - This actor's surname is the same as the 1st name of an actor whose voice was all you saw of him.

You have no.1 correct, Buddy Ebsen played Barnaby Jones.

The other are incorrect, no.2 wrong side of the states, no.6 Think of another detective series where a voice is recognised!

Anything to do with actor John Forsythe who was the voice credit for Charlie Townsend in the original TV and 2000 film versions of "Charlie's Angels"?

Spot on, in fact it was his Dynasty character 1st name I was looking for, Blake Carrington.

Robert Blake played Baretta.

If no-one gets the actor who played detective Dan Tanna in Vegas, by tomorrow evening then I will give to @xotGD as this is the last answer to get and reveal the winner.

Lets wrap this latest quiz, which actors played detectives, the last one we were after was Dan Tanna.

As no-one guessed correctly that I was looking for Robert Urich who played Dan Tanna in Vegas!

The winner with 5 correct answers is @MotCO, you are chief of detectives, the next question please.

Now for some history.

From around 900 AD, monarchs in England have been crowned ('coronated') in four locations. Westminster Abbey is the obvious one - what are the other three?

At a guess -- one could be Winchester (cathedral or forerunner thereof)?
Henry the Young King was crowned here, but he was only a 'junior king', presumably like a Prince Regent rather than a fully fledged king, so sorry, not correct.

Edit: @Mcr Warrior has advised that Edward the Confessor was crowned at Winchester on 3 April 1043 - sorry I missed it out, but I wasn't invited
