Is this to do with the legalisation of abortion? And he was the US equivalent of Lord Chief Justice (or similar)?

I wonder if it was to do with Watergate? Was he therefore Nixon's campaign manager, and the question was to the effect did Nixon know or authorise the break-in at Watergate?
