Correct - Although he mainly says he got them from the ex Chief Justice of Tonga, there was a mention in one of the tv episodes where the character says that Rumpole got his robes and wig from "Bermuda I think" to which Rumpole grunts and makes an affirmative gesture. As the story of how he gets them changes often, I'll accept your answer as also correct
