Yep - it was the 2nd (there was an earlier version done using old style animation) Clone Wars series. The episode in question was Series 5 Episode 20"The Wrong Jedi". The main Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, was framed by another Jedi for murder and expelled from the order. After she's cleared, she decides to not return and walks away. Anakin tells her he understands wanting to run away from them, to which Ahsoka simply replies "I know" - indicating she knew about Anakin/Padme all along.

Would the DPRK produce a film which implied that Korean People's Army officers are anything other than completely morally just and uncorruptable?
