I presume you mean the sinking of ROKS Cheonan by a supposed unknown North Korean Yono-class submarine. I believe it was never proven it was an authorised attack by the DPRK as they provided the South Korean navy with the positions of all their submarines - all were in port during the incident. They even offered aid and assistance but it was refused

He was once linked "romantically" with one of the Nolans, he denied it.
He once played with Mick Green of Johnny Kidd and the Pirates and played on the Pirates recording of Blue Suede Shoes.

Yes... Athelston Williams came on just as a extra in the line up and proved so well liked (he just stared right ahead) that they brought him back the following week and everytime they had a black guest in the line up. One week, he was busy so they brought in somebody to impersonate him! They ended up getting him for everything including the Nolan Sisters, a Scottish singer and dressed as a pirate amongst other things. When he died years later, they made a point of noting it. Clips of his appearences can be found on youtube
