That is very close indeed with the start of that! Now, combine the earlier possible answer with their threeletter prefixes, and you may have an answer

Nah, that's digging beyond my incidental knowledge of naval matters now. I'll look to others for inspiration.

Who Am I?

I was born on 12th September 1889 and died on 5th May 1915.

My birth surname was different to my surname when I died.

I played rugby union for England, captaining them in the 1913 / 1914 season.

I served with the 1st/4th territorial battalion of The Royal Berkshire Regiment and am buried in the Hyde Park Corner (Royal Berks) Commonwealth War Graves Commission Cemetery, near Ploegsteert, Belgium.

I know that A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy has Babelfish, but I don't know about Goldfish. I'll go with Hitchhiker's Guide, anyway.
