Keeping the Genesis theme. The band made a video that featured a very well know late British comic. Who was it and what was the song.

Anything she does - Benny Hill.

Weirdly I heard a platform guy at my local station with the theme tune as his ring tone :)

Apologies for not providing an answer but I can't wait to see what it is.

Correct.

The Indigo/Violet thing is more a technical thing (Colour Spectrum). I prefer the Rainbow Song :)

I feel a bit guilty as I didn't get the song connection, but not so guilty that I won't set the next question:

Where might you encounter an infinity (loosely speaking) of "gingerbread men" and "seahorses"?

Are you referring to the Mandelbrot Set? This has bits that look like seahorses and gingerbread men.

I am indeed referring to the Mandelbrot Set parts of which are supposed to resemble seahorses and gingerbread men. Smaller and smaller versions of the seahorses and gingerbread men keep appearing as you zoom in, apparently without end.

It was named after the mathematician Benoit Mandelbrot and coincidentally mandelbrot is German for almond bread.
