Yes - although not the answer I had intended, you are perfectly correct.

[I was thinking of "Quiverfull" based on Ps. 127, where children are a "gift from the Lord" and like "arrows in the hand of a warrior" and "happy is the man who has his quiver full of these arrows" - and the example in other literature I had in mind was in Anthony Trollope's Barchester Chronicles, where we find the delightfully-named Mr Quiverfull].
