What is the connection linking the following:-

1] A Judean Sheep-farmer;
2] Liverpool Anglican Cathedral;
3] A Nottingham Business.

As with the best mathematical answers. please also state your reasoning!

The Biblical Judean reference to Abraham as a sheep-farmer then is what I took in my reasoning to the statue of Abraham that is in the Anglican cathedral in Liverpool, which was one of commissioned works of the sculptor, Sean Rice, who has a connection to Nottingham by the Robin Hood monument there that was cast to a design of his sculpture work and was aided by a £5,000 donation by the Nottingham industrialist Philip E.F.Clay

Gosh - how long did it take you to figure-out all that? :D

If I wore a hat, I'd take it off to you.

My Judean sheep-farmer was Jesse, Jesse Boot was the Nottingham business man, and Jesse Honey was Mastermind Champion in 2010, where his chosen specialist subject was Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. [And I thought that was convoluted!]

Over to you to set the next one.

How many Cities are there in the County Palatine of Lancashire?

Name them.

And where is there a Cathedral that isn't in a City?

Unfortunately not.

The County Palatine is the Ceremonial area recognised by Her Majesty the Queen & Duke of Lancaster.

Keep trying!

I am not sure whether the Ulster one counts as its not for adults but as I didn't specify its close enough. I had the Siam cup contested between Jersey & Guernsey as the third oldest after the Hospitals (a famous scene in the Doctor film with Kenneth Moore rescuing a Gorilla mascot comes to mind!) & Calcutta. Yours or open floor.
