I think 33 is either Going Postal or Making Money and 20 is about right for Hogfather, so are these the ones that were made into TV movies (by Sky, I think)? I know that The Colour of Magic definitely was.

33 is Going Postal (my favorite book of the series), and and they were all TV movies, and as you said, they were all done by Sky.
