Where they all portrayed by Alfred Hitchcock in uncredited cameo film roles? The third in the list is possibly from the feature film "North by Northwest".

Well done. It's 'Himalayan Balsam' which in the U.K. is now considered to be an invasive plant. All too often seen growing out of control on railway embankments.
