Yes, which is why I clarified my question when I realised by omitting the phrase about it being something only they had done I’d unwittingly opened up more potentially correct answers. Apologies for the oversight

Oh, I didn't see the clarification so with no Lyndon Johnson it'll be wrong.

I’m not going to be around for the next few days so probably best to give the answer and declare open floor.

They are the only four presidents to complete their entire terms of office without having a vice president (others have gone without for part of their terms)

Brooking did it in 1980, as Alan Sunderland scored in 1979 and Ricky Villa in 1981 as these are the goal scorers in the F.A. Cup Finals.
