M3 is correct, it's in the South Downs NP for two short sections near Winchester (one at Abbots Worthy and one at Twyford Down of controversial cutting fame).

In both cases, the motorway predates the national park by several years.

This will be Batley to use their better-known original name, when after amalgamations of area sides a town team side was established. They were one of the original twenty-two teams who were founder members in 1895 of the Northern Rugby Football Union. Their name of Batley Bulldogs eminates from the 1995/6 league season.

Wasn't it something to do with Clifton Hall tunnel?
Part of it was timber-lined and became unstable, causing properties above it to cave in, some time after the tunnel was constructed.
I gather it was nicknamed "Black Harry" after the foreman in charge of the gang maintaining it.

It was indeed the local name given to this tunnel which was completed in 1850 on was on the route of the LNWR Patricroft and Clifton Branch, over which houses had been built over the infilled area of one of the vertical shafts. On 28th April 1953, the land over that particular shaft collapsed, taking with it the housing above. Five occupants in two of these houses were killed by this incident.
