The teams he played for were Crystal Palace, Blackburn, Ipswich, Leicester, Everton, Charlton, Wigan and Wolves

That's it, it was (to quote Karen Carpenter) only yesterday that I noticed it on the CD artwork and then checked that it was also on the LP sleeve.
