Doctor Yellow is correct. So that this doesn't drag on forever I'll tell you why.

Doctor Yellow is the name given to a succession of Japanese National Railways track and OHLE testing and measurement trains based on one of the Shinkansen series current at the time. Up until a few days ago there were two active Doctor Yellows, based on the 700 series, sets T4 and T5, but set T4 made its last run on the 19th January.
