The annual Great Central Railway Beer, Cider & Gin Festival is on again 17-20th September, which also coincides with the start of national cask ale week. Over 100 different beers actually confirmed on the list currently and 35+ciders, plus spirits.
Diesel locos out are 33103/3116 Thursday, 33103 Friday, D6700 Saturday and D9525 Sunday.
Live music on Friday & Saturday at Quorn and Rothley.
Trains run until after the bars close.
