Whilst stood at Darlington station waiting for my alternate train to go down south. 2 grand central power cars and 2 coaches went belting through on the south fast line. Anybody know where they were going. Incidentally my usual GC 1004 service was cancelled so I'm now on the XC Plymouth service luckily it's a HST and not a voyager.

The trailers have been left at LNWR and the power cars are making their way up the WCML to Craigentinny as 0Z44 .
