GBRf Whitemoor's 701&730

I am rather confused here. I know this is last weeks news, I was rather hoping someone else might of asked on here or GBRf would of done a press release. Alas I now ask...

I am confused to why GBRf have just named 66730 "Whitemoor" when 66701 is already named "Whitemoor", why is this and is it possiable to have two locos named the same? Is 66701 not called Whitemoor anymore?

Puzzels me!

They took the name of 701 a while ago and renamed 730 at the open day a few weeks ago. They dont have two locos with the same name
