GBRf (stored) Class 92 future

I would be very grateful if someone could tell me whether GB Railfreight have any plans for their stored Class 92s (92021, 92040, 92045 and 92046)

ISTR that 046 is earmarked for static preservation, although I can't quite remember the source...

Thanks very much. It’s really shameful that a loco was only used for 6 years, but preservation is always better than scrap.

There are a couple of pictures on Flickr of 046 and 021 arriving by lorry at HNRC Worksop in mid December, no updates since then

Yes, it always amazes me that the Westerns were only in traffic for about 13/14 years yet a quite a few made it to preservation

Ive seen a video of them arriving on YouTube and neither of them have bogies so where are they going to get the spare from?

So have I, I have no idea what they are going to do? Maybe GBRf still have the bogies just not on the locomotives?

I have no knowledge of the situation, but I wonder what the inside of the engine room looked like on those locos.

(M0st) Class 47s had Serck hydraulic fans and the engine rooms were awash with oil from them. I wonder what full hydraulic drive looked like?
