GBRF rail operator interview

Hi everyone,
I’ve just had a call re interview for GBRF Rail operator role I applied for a while back. I want to become a train driver/mainline driver and waiting for assessment day invitation from GA but has anyone worked for GBRF and is it worth going forward with them just to get on the ladder or do to the assessments with them if I get to that stage?
