GBRf are currently looking for professional, and ambitious Rail Operatives (Ground Staff) to work in the Tonbridge Area. If you are professional and flexible, have a progressive attitude and are committed to continuous development then you could be who we're looking for.
Duties include, localised driving, preparing, shunting, marshalling and dispatch of our trains in a safe, punctual, and economic manner in accordance with the rules and regulations currently in force. Liaising with Train Managers and signallers and customer representatives to ensure the customer requirements are met.
If, after a period of time, you have demonstrated the right attitude and skills, you may register an interest in being put forward for Train Manager training.
Successful applicants will earn £25,930 / annum for an average 37 hour, 5 day week.
