According to Geoff "all the stations" Marshall, passengers with 1st class tickets get a free drink at Victoria station? I guess you have to show your ticket at the gateline?

Not something I've ever heard of before, it seems unlikely to me.

I don't see anything mentioned on their website. Though Geoff has already proved me wrong on catering.

As far as I knew Northern Ireland Railways haven't had on-train catering since 2005, yet in one of the recent All The Stations videos there was a trolley on a Derry line serviceservice and indeed it was commented upon, so there may well be something to this.

The video itself is related to a 35th anniversary celebration. Are you sure they weren't just giving our a free drink for that?

The claim was that if you travel in 1st class you get given a free drink at Victoria.

I'm sure @geofftech would not have made this up, so maybe it is new, or maybe the person who told him was mistaken, or maybe there was a misunderstanding and it was indeed for the celebration.
