Gateline assistant

Hi peps just had a response from First that I've been successful with telephone interview (feeling fantastic) does anyone know what is the next stage with the assessment. Thanks for all or any help

First off congrats on passing the first stage. I had my assessment for gateline assistant with southeastern
So won't be exactly the same but probably very similar . Anyway test was in 3 parts ticket checking English test IE reading a paragraph and selecting the correct answer and think the other one was for train times.
My biggest tip is be accurate with your answers rather than rushing to finish. This is where most people fail.
After that I had to wait outside whilst al the tests was marked and they called people's names out lucky I passed that stage.
Next was group test.
All very simple I start my new job 4th January and I can't wait.

Thanks for that, as I've spoken to their resourcing team who says its's just a face to face interview. No mention of a test so I will call them again. Great news of your starting date.

It's competency based so just try and think of examples where you gave good customer service.
