Hi guys, am relatively new to this forum and trying to get into the rail industry.
I have received an offer of an interview for gateline assistant after having successfully passed the assesments for this.
Does anyone know what kind of interview questions are asked for such a post, and what kind of candidate they are after. Obviously I have got the job description for it, but is there one key element/quality that they are looking for.
Haven't had an interview for a long time, and a bit nervous about it, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, i dont work as gateline, but working with them the main thing you need is a good example of a customer service and a good answer for a time a customer hasnt been unhappy. You could get a question for a time that you have really helped a customer or someone over and beyond. Teamwork question and perhaps to be on the safe side have one that you have dealt with a emergency situation. Also research the company. Who's the TOC?

Good luck!
