You mean download from youtube? I use YouTube Grabber if so. It downloads to FLV file format.
I then use RIVA media encoder to convert to MPG is desired.

I use Firefox to download videos from YouTube. Of course it is an addon anyway the video funniest part was that the woman in white that was petrolling did not know that actually the news reporter was talking to her.

Dunno but vDownloader is good. Allows you to download loads of videos at the same time from both Google and YouTube just by entering the URL. See http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Download-Managers/VDownloader.shtml
