This is the e-mail they sent me...

'Following on from my last correspondence with you, please note that I am pleased to advise you that you have met the scoring process for this application.

Please be aware that the equipment is now operational, and we have conducted a number of assessment centres and have no need to hold any additional ones at this stage. However you will be placed on hold in a 'pot' of candidates, ready for when additional assessment centres are required.'

Stratford, the academy is a short walk the other side of the none Westfield shopping centre.

They are next door to the ibis hotel which is about a 5-10 minute walk from Stratford station

No, but its possible to do in a day from the whole ga network.

Also the next stage in the assessment is the managers interview, who got through?

I've had my assessment and structured interview and i got an e-mail today saying i have been successful and they will contact me in due course to arrange a managers interview, has anyone else had this e-mail or been given a date for there interview?

I had my managers interview on Tuesday.. So it's all over for me, finally. Feels odd but now the scary waiting part

When did you have your assesment & structured interview? Did they give you a date straight away for your DM interview? I had an email saying they would contact me to arrange the DM interview but Havent heard anything yet

:P Well I applied in March 2012 and had my assessments not long after, but the coordination test was delayed due to being broken (again) and I had that during the paraolympics (I remember due to Stratford being crazy). Had my structured interview late in 2012, Nov maybe.

So yeah i've been waiting a while.. So probably no indication of your managers interviews unless they will put me with this intake with regards to picking the best candidates after the managers interviews. But then that would mean I would be waiting much longer to hear if they haven't yet done you guys..

Seems really confusing right? Two sets of people for the same vacancies?

Then again they said one course starts 25th Oct and another January 2014 so maybe it's two intakes as they hire people knowing they will need them later and it takes quite a while for you to pass out so the vacancies at the time don't mean as much as you think when its all so spread out.. (If this makes sense).

That's handy to know!!as I've been told I've a DM interview at some stage just not sure when!!i heard they had a course starting on the 7th of oct don't know how true it is!

I believe/think they have 4 courses a year so one starting 7th and one 25th wouldn't make sense..

When did you first apply mate? Seems like a 6-12mth wait for DM interview is the norm!

Was mostly competency like the structured interview but a bit more casual as well. Just think of examples in your life/work that relate to the company values that were up on the wall and on the display.

I read in another thread (or was it this one) that most of HR are on holiday and will be back on Monday. So I guess from then onwards we may hear.

Afterall HR have a lot of work to do if they've been on holiday!
