Recently Greater Anglia seem to have stopped showing the length of a train on their departure boards at Chelmsford, does anyone know what might be a reason for this?

I've noticed this on the CIS displays at one or two SouthEastern stations too. It comes and goes. No idea why. Annoying!

I find train formation advertisement hit and miss across all TOCs. It varies day on day.

Probably, it hasn't uploaded from whereever the main source of data is, no one's noticed or doesn't know where to find the information
