Ticket held: Super off-peak day travelcard Cambridge to Zones 1-6, Greater Anglia only, 16-25 railcard (£16.25)
Date: 15th Feb 2026
Planned journey:
20:51 -> 21:38 LST -> SSD
21:47 -> 22:20 SSD -> CBG
Actual journey:
Passcom activation at Harlow Town resulted in a 9.5 minute delay. The signallers having a brain fart then cost us another 3 minutes whilst they decided that we should in fact be allowed through Stansted tunnel first before the trains leaving. This caused us to miss the connection.
We end up taking the train 1 hour later to Cambridge. Due to the signallers spending 3 minutes deciding which available platform to send us to, we ended up being 1 hour 7 seconds late (by time of door release).
I submitted a claim for 1 hour, and it was only approved for 30 minutes. I then appealed, which was rejected. In the email confirming the rejection, they try to send me to XC, despite my ticket not being valid on their services.

What options do I have to appeal this further?
