After being replaced by Class 197 Civity in 2022/23，I was wondering what TOCs can operate the 175s instead of TfW....

Well quite frankly anywhere. Appreciate they need a good bit of bodywork and interior work (that I can tell) but they would be excellent for going back to Northern for use on 'actual' Northern Connect Intercity-type stuff (thinking Barrow - Manchester, fast Manchester-Leeds via Rochdale, etc. releasing more 195s to more Metro/medium-distance work).
