Future Of Class 171s

We know that all but four (?) 171s will be moving to EMR, but I'm still not sure about the fleet itself:
  • Will the EMR ones get their Dellners removed or will the rest of the fleet gain them?
  • Will the EMR ones be renumbered to be Class 170s?
  • What will happen to the last four 171s?
