Future ECML timetable suggestions

A place to put any ideas for post-Azuma introduction suggestions for ECML timetabling. Either short or long-term.

I'd like to start by suggesting, that with the move to very limited stop London-Edinburgh services, LNER should re-introduce the Scottish Pullman services, presumably 'Pullman'-type workings would be possible, as GWR still does its 'Pullman' services with the IETs.
