Not sure why they needed to run a advertised service from Lincoln to Leeds, it should just have been a stop down service only then just gone on to Leeds,as it would anyway but with passengers instead of empty, which is what has probably happened.

Whats the Length of the Platform for a HST at Lincoln. Do East Coast not have SDO?

Reason is. Yesterday on that 1330 KGX to Inverness via Lincoln (Non-Stop) a disabled lady was in first class, a needed the toilet of course the nearest disabled toilet in standard, and the train was rammed in the end what happend she was moved in the wheelchair through one coach. everyone moving forward and backwards etc. in the end they gave up and she used a toliet in Coach L.

1. East Control said No to Stopping HST at Lincoln. Okay would of delayed Train
2. Health and Safety of Disabled Passenger on Train and other passengers gone out the window?

So is it possible to stop a HST at Lincoln if coming off Joint Line from Spalding?

Sonic, don't see why that should be any different to stopping a train which has came from Cleethorpes which happened daily. However under BR on diversion days HSTs were stopped at both Sleaford (for connections to Grantham) and Lincoln (for Newark and Retford) so they should gave Grand father rights.
