Furness Line TPE advances

Was looking for advances from Manchester to stations on the Furness line, and noticed that all stations have TPE+connections advances available, apart from Grange-over-Sands (GOS), which has none (confirmed on BRfares).

Anyone have any idea why GOS isn't included?

Carnforth (CNF) doesn't have them either. I don't know if this was the initial cause but when I asked if CNF/GOS could be added it was explained to me that there are limits on the number of +connections that they could do and it would require the agreement of Northern to add them and this wasn't forthcoming.
