FUGLY to Southampton

I saw 70007 on a container working through Eastleigh last Wednesday, this was about 16:45 IIRC.

Saw 70007 en route round Southampton yesterday and 70001 in the Southampton FLT.

Those two seem to be a regular at Southampton.

So as far as I remember I have seen 1,3 and 7.Oh and 8.

70018 on Depot at 10:15 today apparently it has been around for a while as it broke down and had to be towed in. Also on depot were 08575,08624,08873,66505,66517,66534,66541,66562,66563,66567,66594,66955 and 70008

70018 failed with problem with cylinder heads / gaskets according to TOPS.

70017 at Maritime arrived 20:55 8/3/12 Picture not very good due to darkness and train moving.

I've seen 70017,70018,70019 and 70020 at Southampton FLT recently.

Seems to be a 70 there most of the time I pass there.

Yesterday was 70019s maiden run down to the south coast. It came down light engine from Ipswich to Southampton via the North & West London Lines and down the mainline to Southampton, Returning up north on a liner this afternoon!

There were 4 70's at Maritime on Sunday 8th April. 70018 was under the bridge hiding the fire damage and 70001,70017 and 70020 were visible in the yard as shown here.
