FTPE Interviews

Hi Guys,
I realise there are a couple of threads relating to the recent FTPE jobs but none of them really relate to the interview stage.

I applied a couple of weeks ago for both the MIA and Picc conductors jobs and have been invited for an interview for the MIA job.

What I would like to know is what to expect from the interview, should I be expecting psychometric testing? or will it literally be an interview? What sort of questions do they usually ask?
