Hi all I just Wondred what is involved in a typical interview i am attending one next month. Also Does the interview comprise of Competency based stuff as well?

My thoughts exactly. If people can't be bothered to type a request for info properly then they aren't going to be bothered to look for info themselves either and this in turn probably means they aren't going to progress very far down the line. Bit harsh but it does take a hell of a lot of effort to research for assessments and interviews.
