frieght trains at Stratford

does any know what is a good time to get some frieght trains out around Stratford or any where else, close to public transport

I don't think theres any particular time? I travel through Stratford very much, and freight passes several times through the day usually formed of 'Sheds' but you get the odd Class 90, and 86 and not forgetting Class 59s.

avoid 0730-0900 and 1645-1830 as freight is effectively banned on GE during the peak although you get a good spell after the evening peak and think its pretty busy for most of the day.

70001 should appear 1630ish on the up if thats of interest.
