Freshford/Limpley Stoke Speed Restriction

Hello,

There is a speed restriction board at the end of the Bath direction platform at Freshford station. The end of the restriction appears to be after the B3108 bridge in Limpley Stoke.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Structural issues with a bridge according to the weekly operating notice.

That bridge over B3108 is narrow, road is single track under it.

There used to be another deck alongside it, the now closed line via Camerton had its own track all the way to the bay platform at Limpley Stoke. But of course that does mean lots of space for trackside plant to be parked if required.
