Stupid question time: I've arrived at the hotel and not brought any stationary. Am I going to look like an idiot asking for pencils tomorrow, only I don't fancy the trip back out if I can help it.

Thanks mate, it does bother me because I know I could have done more on some of the tests but either way ill be glad just to know. Hope you get a good result mate.
Thank you mate, i think you will do better then you think these tests are about accuracy so if you feel that your answers are correct then I think you will be fine, I do agree the waiting is a killer.!

I just want to know now! Longest. Week. Ever!
Could be another week yet mate!
I'm exactly the same, either way I'd just like to know. They are still testing into next week so I suppose they might do the marking in one big batch perhaps?

That’s what I think they will get the testing out the way then mark altogether, so could be a game of patience the not knowing is the killer mate.

I have been given my date for assessment, and I won’t be able to make it. Has anyone been in this situation? Are they accommodating in changing the dates? Also I have sat all of the tests they have mentioned 3 years ago, and it says they will be aware of this on the day! What’s the point in going if you are not going to sit these tests again?

If you have passed all the tests stated you should be put straight through to stage 2. There were a couple on my assessment day that only had to do the dfft

Passed SJT and failed VSE.. Gutted. Odd as I thought I did really well on VSE and wasn't sure about SJT. Oh well, perhaps I'll look into being a bus driver instead... Ho Hum.

Did you pass them all to enhanced standard? I heard them saying on the day that Freightliner's enhanced standard is different for some (I think the dots test) so you might need to sit that one again at least.

I have passed all, to enhanced level. I will email them and ask them what is going on.

I tried to get a date change, they wouldn't entertain it. So ended up changing my holiday plans and driving 3 hours each way with no sleep! Great fun!

Great! Sounds like I will have no luck then. There is no cover for my shift!

I'm half way through at Crewe IBIS today. I've been informed I don't have to do all of the tests, I've had to do group bordon and now have a 90 minute wait for the fault finding one, which was an optional trial of the test which I did when I sat for Chiltern. Unsure if any of my next stage stuff is valid as I'd assumed all of the stuff at this stage was expired as it was over 2 years ago.

The lady this morning said results in 7 to 10 days, then corrected herself and said they have a lot of tests to mark so may be even longer than that.

This afternoon session they have said 7-10 days but it could be longer.

It’s odd they are being so strict on the dates, at our morning session one guy turned up without his ID, and the woman said he can just come to the afternoon session instead if he can get some ID in time....

Been invited to stage 2 computer tests on Tuesday 4 September in Crewe. Included is MMI and looks like DMI. That'll be an intense day. Best get researching.

Thanks for letting us know, that’s a bit short notice so they will need to start informing people. Good luck

Literally just got email, remember though I didn't have to do stage 1 tests as already done them. Don't know if this is for just those who had already done stage 1 tests previously? But to have MMI and DMI on same day is intense. Need to find hotel and start researching asap.
