Yes they’re the same but at the 3rd stage you have to do both stage 1 and 2 at the same time. Good luck

Yeh I just completed them. The VSE was hard I felt I made at least 8mistakes on the 3rd part

So the practice examples are not like the real test?

The practice stuff I received was paper based. When you do the online assessment you get a practice of test 1 and 2 but test 3 you can’t practice and that’s where I messed it up.

But it's still the rectangles with dots in the corners and the groups of matching letters though? I've also seen examples of VSE tests where it's a circular track with stops that light up and you have to click when it misses a stop.

Just did those two tests. The M7SJT was weird. Nothing really to do with the role. Seemed like more of a personality test. The VSE was progressively harder. The first bit was easy. The second noticeably harder, especially when you had to match 3 symbols instead of two. And the combined part was just chaos.

I completed them on Monday but my deadline for 23:45 on Wednesday. How did you get on?

My brain stopped working with the third test so completely fluffed it. Annoyed at myself really. How did you find it?

I’ve passed it before so knew what to expect. The first part was easy. The second part I got one wrong. The third part was more difficult, got three of the shape exercises wrong but don’t think I missed any errors on the dots going around the track. Obviously could be wrong as I was clicking for an error when the dot stayed in the same position which I don’t remember doing when I passed.

I did not receive anything from the first tests either. Submitted on the 18th of April. Not sure whether to wait or try enquiring with OPC admin.

Not yet, the advert was removed from the website last Thursday so I’m wondering if they’re getting the last applicants through the online tests before releasing all the VSE and M7SJT results in one big batch.

I had not heard anything either so I emailed OPC this morning asking about my results and about an hour ago I received an email inviting me to complete the M7 and VSE tests. I would chase up OPC if I were you.

I’ve got through to a face to face assessment next month! I’m well happy as I thought I’d messed it up. Still a lot of work to do but a step closer at least. Have you heard yet? I think I must’ve done my M7 etc a few days before you so hopefully they’re working their way through!

I’ve no idea. Just says there are multiple assessments that take place on the day and that it’s the Stage 1.

Do freightliner have a drivers depot at Garston? Or are the North West drivers all out of Crewe? If any drivers from these depots could PM me link rosters to view that would be really helpful and much appreciated.
