Hi all

Recently i have been accepted onto the Freightliner Driver Graduate scheme,

is there anyone who has gone through the training program who could tell me the time scales between your wages rising from £17500 up to the full wage or anything in-between.

The reason i ask, i have had to sell my house to be able to take the job. and i could do with knowing when i can buy again.

cheers

Goes up to £24k-ish after the first 3 months once you've done your classroom study and started the 275 driving hours.

The contract doesn't state a staggering if wage rises to the £47,700 so as long as all routes and traction are signed at the end of your training, then should be onto the goid money!

Hth.

So I believe (at present) Jambo.

I'd imagine it'd be around the usual 12 month mark.

Any chance you could take a mortgage break Captain?

Probably go on the likes of how many minder drivers there are, are the trainees sharing to get the hours in? cant imagine say 12 trainees in a class geting a minder each,so that would be even longer.
