I’m guessing that the guys who had a 16th December deadline are getting results first, good luck to you and everyone else who’s applied! Think we’ll be waiting a few days yet… Well done to those who have been successful and to those that haven’t, don’t give up!

I heard back today that I've got through to the Watford assessments. I spoke to opc and they are still booking people in. I've enquired about the possibility of changing my assessment date. Typically fell on a week that I'm working away and it's critical for my income for the next 3 months!

I always thought DMI’s were the last stage? They are for the TOC I work for anyway…

Same boat as you - not heard anything and deadline was 20th Dec. Been refreshing my emails all week. Which depots have people heard back from?

My deadline for the assessments was the 21st Dec and I’ve applied for Birmingham. I had the email telling me I’d passed the assessments yesterday.

I received and completed my online tests this morning. So fingers crossed!

Does anybody know if you get a choice between IM & HH or do you just get told? I’ve applied for Crewe.

You may well get asked at your interview, however my bet is 99.9% of you will be HH.

This is due to FL now merging HH and IM to become one. I am IM and since drivers have retired or left my Depot, none have been replaced, just HH cross covering our work which is a sore subject across all depots of FL for the Intermoal driver.

I’ve also heard back and have my opc day soon I done an opc assessment day just under a year ago and failed the ATAVT so I’m guessing I’ll just have to sit that and then hopefully go on to MMI. Last time however I had my DMI before the opc day but seem to have skipped it this time?

I made the assessment day on last years application and the DMI was before. Assessments/medical were last stage.

It's a little daunting that I pad privately for my tests and passed all of then, then freightliner sent the advanced tests and now says on the assessment day I might have to retake some of them and they supersed my previous results so could turn a pass into a fail

All depends on your pass mark. Freightliner are enhanced and you may have passed to national level. Then again you may have do enough and passed to Freightliners level. They'll tell you on the day

Passed and offered 18th at Watford. My deadline was 27th December.

I’m on the 16th as well, I would hedge no just down to the fact that there’s only 4 hours to complete the tests listed in the email.

I’m not 100% though.

You paid privately for tests…?? What tests…?

For the OPC tests, you can pay privately for them or do them when you apply for a job and they will put you through them for free, I spent all day at a test center

Got a successful email too, been invited down to Leeds on Jan 26th, however I’m abroad at that time. Hopefully this wont set my application back too much asking for another date.

I was thinking the exact same! Saves the cost of hotel ect! You too mate, mines on the afternoon session, but hopefully I’ll see you at Doncaster depot once we both pass!

So relieved to have passed the assessments and have been given the 19th at 8:45am in Watford. A bit stressed that this can be a 4 hour drive for me if there’s traffic and I work late on Wednesdays! Is anyone else in the same boat?

They have afternoon sessions maybe ask if you can be moved to that.

I’m lucky that I was given an afternoon slot!

I would but I’m a teacher and unfortunately the date also coincides with parents evening! I’ll try and work around the morning assessment as I definitely don’t want to risk it being pushed too far back. Thank you for the suggestion though!
